Default Heated wheel

Okay

Should be in complaints I guess...

Heated steering wheel seems to cut on and off. Sometimes seems to work and other times not.

Anyone else noticing this or is a trip to the shop in order?

I've notice that mine heats up then after a while it seems to auto shut off or its not as warm. It never gets cold again but its not as warm as the initial heating period, which is fast. I usually turn mine off within a few minutes anyway.

I believe it is on a temp control. Once it gets to temp it will turn off and then come back on as the heat is needed.

So it seems to get toasty right away and then feels like nothing is happening...

I would say this is normal operation. Others might feel differently.

Exactly the same with me...heats up quickly and I can feel the heat, then seems to back down, but never gets cold again. Works perfectly IMO.

I was surprised at how fast it heats up. I usually turn it off after it gets warm so haven't noticed it cutting out. Seems to go from ice cold to hot in like 1 minute flat!

Funny, I noticed the same thing last night. Sounds like it is normal based on other's statements. My 2012 heated seats would do that (not normal), never could get that fixed - helped me make the decision to pull the trigger the new one.

Good. Works great then

Old car stayed on all the time so this function is slightly different.

Cant believe how much I love a heated wheel....
