Why don't we have heads-up displays?

Because it's a pickup truck.

I don't know, same reason GM doesn't have a twin-panel sunroof.

It would be very useful to have for the navigation feature. Shame!

I wish we did have them. I've had a few gm cars in the last that had it, I loved having the HUD.

F-150 LEDs sells one. I noticed it on their website this morning. Has anyone bought it?

Likely in a couple years for next gen, probably part of why they are getting people used to not having the LEDs for the auto braking.

The Lincoln Corsair is getting it, so I think Ford is slowly embracing it.

Silverados have it. I can be helpful under certain conditions. The 2020 escape/mkc will have it as well, so why the F not? Dunno

Yeah, but it's a Silverado.
Look, I have one in my Corvette. Yeah, it's great especially that I have a stick and the tach is right in front of my eyes. Just hope you never need a new windshield cause you need a special one for the HUD and it ain't cheap.
As for Nav, it only shows the turns, not the map.

I had a '98 Pontiac Grand Prix that had heads up display and it was horrible. It displayed right on a slight curve of the windshield and it was distracting more than helpful, but I had it in my 2012 Camaro SS and it was much, much better. When you get used to it. you always look for it in other cars.
