Default Headlights on with remote unlock

Coming from a Silverado, I just recently purchased a 2016 F-150. On my Silverado, the headlights would come on when I used my key fob to unlock the truck. I've looked everywhere and cannot find a way to activate this in my F-150, maybe it can't be done. Nothing in the manual or the menu that I've found either. I'm surprised this isn't available, sure was handy in my 8 year old Silverado. Does anyone know if this is an option or not?

My Challenger and Yukon came on as well. I kind of miss that feature

It is not a factory option. Might be something you could do with an aftermarket system of some type.

You could run a relay off of the marker lights

Funny, I hated that "feature" on my Ford sedan, especially when in a campground, I would be lighting up my neighbors tent every time I unlocked the car.

My XLT with the light switch set to the Auto setting, illuminates the parking lights - taillights and front parking illuminate with unlock or remote start. With Anzo's replacement headlight housings, the LED outer ring on the headlights illuminates bright enough to light up the neighbors house. May could be an option if you need more light with unlock? Sorry I only have a daylight pic with the LED outer ring on at the moment.
