Default Headlight upgrade?

So a few weeks ago I picked up a 2015 F-150 XLT. My other two cars are German and have Xenon headlamps. So in comparison, the lamps on the truck are quite dull and yellow. Does anyone have suggestions on some type of upgrade (without braking the bank) for these trucks?

I've got a '16 XLT with the same crummy headlights. The option I have decided to go with is the LED lights from 4x4TruckLEDS.com the owner of the website is a vendor here and was very helpful, answering any of my questions. Come November I plan to purchase and install them.

I just installed the Anzo headlights a week or so ago. I just installed Philips Crystal Vision Ultra bulbs in the highs and lows. I am waiting for it to get darker to take some pics. I will load them in the 2015 Anzo headlight thread. The anzo's seem pretty durable.

Or do a bulb swap/ upgrade. The factory F150 headlight bulbs were the lowest model Philips bulbs in mine. I swapped with Philips Extreme Vision bulbs, but the light output from the stock halogens still left alot to be desired.

x2 I have been running his LED's in my Anzo headlights for over a year now and am still very pleased with this combination. OP, if you do a search on 'Anzo headlights' you will find a large thread with a lot of info on different bulb options available (even if you stick with the stock headlight housings).

edit: here is the thread I was talking about:

Default Led upgrade

I just picked up a full 6500K LED Low/High & Fog light kit and looks great cost me $60 with free shipping no issues just make sure your kit comes with the rubber boots for the low beams need bigger ones due to the size of the LED.

Least expensive, LED bulbs from 4x4Trucks. You're still on reflectors so improvement may not be dramatic.

Middle expense, get anzos, get Mini D2S 4.0 projectors and swap the OE projectors in the anzos. Your output will be improved by a magnitude of 10000X. Best bang for the buck.

Most expensive, OE LED headlights. And from what Ive heard the output still does not match projectors with bixenons.

No modifications needed 100% plug and play you have to take out the head light completely to change out the bulbs and if you have fender flares it's a bit more work as there's more clips you have to remove took me about an hour to do both sides. Now knowing what to do I would say it can be done in 1/2hr to 45 mins
