Default Headlight Issue

Had my 2018 in to the body shop to replace the front drivers fender as it had some minor damage. They had to remove the headlight to fix it up and now there is an issue only on that side with the light. The DRL on my OEM LED's is brighter on the drivers side and when i use my left turn signal the orange and the DRL both flash. I have put the BCM back to the as-built in forscan but it didn't solve the issue and didnt really expect it to as the only change i had made was the double honk. I am in Canada so no option to turn of the DRL's on the dash and I haven't touched that or any lighting features in forscan. As i was doing that there were a couple DTC's for left turn signal and left headlight that I believe said open circuit.

Waiting to hear back from the body shop now on possible causes but not expecting much help and with that being where my customauto raptor lights are wired in (have tried unplugging), not expecting any warranty assistance from Ford either. Any ideas are welcome!

Also the drivers licence plate light is now flashing and looks to be shorting out, not sure if they are related at all.

Made some progress. There are 8 wires in the factory LED headlight harness and I was able to take a picture of the plug on my light showing that there are only 7 pins. Wondering if a pin was pulled our or broken.

Does anyone have a picture of the back of a 2018 LED headlight that shows the pins?

I don't have LED lights (yet) but it looks like there are only 7 pins on the headlight side. Well, at least from what I saw on eBay postings (listed below).

Is the LED strip flashing orange or just blinking on/off with the turn signal?

Thanks for the pic!

Video of left turn signal on. Turn flashes as it should but the DRL does as well. With the the signal off and low beams on, the DRL dims on the passenger side and the drivers starts that way but then it will flicker and go full bright. the clipping is from filming the LED's, doesn't do that in person.

What's behind the electrical tape at the connector?

Connection for the raptor grill lights. Checked it this morning and there are not any issues with the connection. Those lights had been working as they are supposed to for a year now so I don't think they are the issue.

Checked? How did you check? Did you remove the tape? did you make sure there are no wires shorting? It would be one heck of a coincidence that the headlight that has been spliced into is having an issue after being in the shop. What wire did you splice into?

Removed all the tape and checked the wires before and after. Tapped into the parking light. Going to check again with multimeter after work today.

It seems that the issues started when Ford flashed the software for the light recall back in March. I thought it was adjusting the DRL's but it seems to have changed the parking light settings as well. Not sure why this would suddenly cause issues with only one of the headlights though.
