Default Headlight Conversion to LED from Halogen

Has anyone ever actually switched there halogen lights out on their 2018 XLT to OEM Factory LED (Excluding aftermarkets like Morimoto, Vland etc etc...) headlights and LED tail lights? OR is it even possible?? Just was curious as to what the cost would be to do that and what in entails. Im full of questions today. Sorry guys/gals. Thanks in advance.

From what I've gathered, its about $1400 for the headlights (take offs on ebay) and 250 to 300 for the adapter harness. It is doable .

Just get some sweet aftermarket ones. Way cheaper. Even looks better. Plug and play.

What brand are those? Are those headlights way better/brighter than the halogens?

100 times better than the oem halogens. They are anzo switchbacks. Mine are on a 2016. They are available for the 18 as well.

The Anzo Switchback are projectors with halogen bulbs? Are they that much better just being a projector instead of reflector optics? Or do you mean 100x better also with LED conversion.
The diffusing on the accent halo looks really good.
"The headlights install right in place of stock and have easy plug-and-play wiring connectors for both projectors, and only minor wiring for their LED outline strip."

It looks like LED conversion kits are an option: https://www.stage3motorsports.com/11...-Housings.html

From the reviews it sounds like some wiring and diode work is needed to properly get the DRL working as expected, otherwise it just works as parking light. You can tell from the negative reviews there are legitimate concerns, not just whiners.
Why would they not have done the proper work to integrate the required electronics into the light to make them work as expected?
I would pass for $700 and go OEM.
