Default Headlight adjustment after level?

My truck has factory led headlights. Do I need to adjust them after a 2 inch level?

Yes. A 2" lift on a 145"WB will raise the light beam 33" at 200 ft. That would be shining directly in the eyes of an incoming car.

Some LED equipped trucks have a Dynamic Leveling system that adjust for changes in the trucks posture/stance and may adjust for a level, but I don't have that feature and don't know anything else about it. Something to look up.

F150 forum, so I'm referencing F150s in general.

Check for yourself and adjust if necessary. Park on a level surface about 25 ft from a wall. On the truck side, measure the approx height from the center of your headlight to the ground. On the wall mark a horizontal line about 2 or 3 inches less than the truck headlight to ground. Turn on low beams and adjust the centers of the bright spot to the horizontal mark.
