Just curious, are there any Ford Engineers on this site? My HD Radio will not work at all. It is turned on. Can park next to another truck, and it works fine. They have replaced the ACM; no change. Dealer has run out of options... Thanks.

Then you may not have HD. PM me your VIN.

If your truck is a 500A or 501A then you don't have HD radio. You need to replace your ACM to get HD Radio.

Yes, everything else works fine.

It worked when I first got the truck. Did the update to Sync from owner.ford.com website. It never worked again. They just replaced the ACM. Still nothing. The option is there, and turned on, under radio settings.

I know this is old but wanted to check if you were able to find a fix? I picked up an ACM from a Platinum 2016 F150 and it's not working for me either. I see the HDRadio text show up in gray next to the FM signal number but then disappears. I enabled everything in Forscan and it's not working. I dont see the HD setting option in the Radio settings either.

Now, I also bought an ACM from a 2015 Ford Explorer with HD Radio and it works fine with that ACM but for some reason it wont equalize my speakers properly. And although it's working with the Ford Exploerer ACM, I still dont see the HDRadio setting in the Radio settings. Hence why I bought the F150 ACM.

I have a 2016 XLT 302A if it helps.
