Hauling ATV's pics
Anyone have any pics hauling their ATV's in their beds? I'm curious what it looks like and if it's better to just go with a trailer.

I haul my Honda 4x4 Foreman in back of my 2017 short-bed during hunting season. I off load it when I need to retrieve game or go places my truck won't go or don't want to take it. I do not have any pictures but it fits perfect. It only fits with the tail gate down. I strap all 4 corners of the Honda down tight so it doesn't move around. Make sure the front of the ATV is snug to the front of the bed so it can't impact the rear window. I put some ply wood between the front of the Honda bumper and the bed for added protection. The ply wood goes up about half up the rear window for added protection when I drive the ATV up in the bed. I haven't looked up cost of the rear window but I'm guessing it's not cheap. My hunting buddy had to replace his twice, he is a slow learner when it comes to drive his ATV in the back of his truck!

I have a 2015 Screw with 5'5" bed and haul my Grizzly 700SE in the box all the time with no problems at all except I have to leave the gate down.
My next truck will have a 6'5" bed and then I will be able to haul my quad with the tail gate closed.

Built an aluminum ramp for my 06 Rubicon. The Rubicon was 3” too long to close the tailgate on my 6.5’ box. Designed the ramp to be the minimum angle required to close the tailgate and still have safe clearances to the back window.
