Harsh downshift

Have never used sport mode to be honest. The shift I had yesterday was very hard. Sound like someone jerked the rear-end out of it. Thats the only time it happen with 2200 miles. May had never happened again but my thoughts with new update is it should be better since they have had more test time. Update applied today .

Had the TSB done as I was getting the hard 5-4 downshift when slowing down. Did a recent 800 mile round trip with cruise, going 65 down a very steep hill, truck slammed into 4th in an attempt to maintain the set speed. Taking it in this week. Different scenario, but much, much harder downshift.
