Isn't changing the values in the BCM... for the LED circuit... supposed too... ahhh... darn. just I thought about the wiring as typing this reply and realized my gross error in explaining the purpose of programming the BCM, woops.

I have been looking for an easy way to explain to people how to swap halogen to LED headlights, and just in local conversations, people have brought up the "Ryan B" harness. Just people I run into and talking about F150s and Ryan B is famous haha! Will reach out to Ryan myself and see about getting some of these harnesses, it seems a lot of people who want to do this, may prefer to buy a set of OEM LEDs with the harnesses, then be pointed to this thread rather than piecing all the parts together themselves. Lots of good info here.

Went to OEM LED headlights the ForScan way, with Ryan B's harness and pinned the wires in the BCM connector.

Long story short, all works fine, but now my interior dome lights are always on, they start dimming but seem to be getting turned back on every 2 seconds.

All the details are in this post on the ForScan thread, thought I'd post it here for those of you who also did the OEM LED conversion.

The dome lights flashing are a sign something isn’t right with the DRLs. I would would start by verifying you pinned the correct pins at the bcm. Or plugging in the stock DRL settings and see what happens.

I'm 99% sure I didn't mess up the pinning. I could recheck it, but I was very careful with it. I know the wires are in the right positions and I know for sure I put the right wires in #40 and #36. Would there be an issue if I somehow put #6 in #17 and vice versa?

As directed by Livnitup, I set 726-50-01 to 01xx instead of 10xx because I wanted the parking lights as DRL. This fixed the dome light issue, but unfortunately the amber outlines are not coming on when I put the truck in gear.

When I had it set to 02xx, putting the truck in gear with light switch Off would turn on the low beam, amber outline, grille lights and taillights,... but also triggered the dome lights issue.

Pinning is 100% correct.

726-50-01 01xx gives me no DRL
726-50-01 10xx gives me everything as DRL (low beam, parking lights, grille lights, taillights)

But at least I don't have the dome lights acting up anymore.

Is there a setting for just low beam as DRL?

726-26-02 x0xx xxxx xxxx - DRL Include Park Lamps: 1=enable, 0=disable
726-50-01 10xx

Thanks! I'll stop with the double-posting. Ryan B was helping me in this thread and you were helping me in the other, wasn't sure you'd see this one or vice versa.

No other known setting in 726-50-01 to have park lamps on, but no low beam though? Maybe 00xx? Could it be that the "1" in 01xx cancels the "1" in x1xx in 726-26-02?
