I would also consult your local constabulary. If this is truly insurance fraud, that's a criminal matter... just having a fine gentleman with a badge and gun on his hip stop by for a discussion might be enough to motivate him.

What a douche.

May be able to once police report is filed for damages done to vehicle, unsure of how that's going to play out

Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle is a felony I believe.

State jail felony in Texas, but it depends on how the laws are written. UUMV has some distinctions from "grand theft auto" or other such laws. I'm not familiar with how MO does things.

that is awful. I had hail damage on my 17 last year after just getting it. only had 250 miles on the truck. It was almost 7k worth of damage. Missouri Farm Bureau did a great job handling it. I would definitely be looking for a new insurance company after this is over.

Not of much use now, but...
I've found it's never a good idea to tell anyone you/they have plenty of time to do a job.

Hope you get it settled soon.

Hindsight 20/20, I try not to be hard to work with, explained in the beginning I was expecting nothing but quality work, and was assured this would be nothing short of. Well, welcome to the **** show- the part that really had me was that he decided it wasn't necessary to tell me where my truck was, and now I know why. Hoping to get this settled or at least the process going Monday.

So you know exactly how I felt from the beginning. I purchased the truck brand new at my dads lot in Versailles- July 3rd, after selling my 16- then July 17th it hails ? out of the sky... house and truck took a beating
