Default Googbye doo da loo doo da loo

I think that is how it sounds, I disabled the irritating damn chime at startup and also when the door is open. Forscan was pretty easy but it was kinda nerve racking when I told it to write the module and the lights flashed and the gauges did a check. I did back up the IPC module first and when I restarted it had no chime and all appears well. I love this forum and all the great advice and knowledge here.

Exclamation Backup your as built!!

Everyone should be saving your as-built modules before starting. That way you can easily revert back to stock if there is an issue AND revert back to stock before selling / trading in.

Takes a lot of the anxiety out of it. I program industrial control systems so backing up the PLC before doing any work is second nature.

Nobody knows to back up modules unless they read the FORScan thread instructions. That thread is too daunting though.

Even for those who are visual learners, there are PLENTY of videos that cover backing up modules...

No excuses really and it's not that hard...
