Default Going a different route

Hey guys I have a 15 xlt sport CC. I currently have the stock 20" sport wheels and Hankooks, but i'm leaning towards going up to 22's and getting drop shackles for the rear.

I know most guys on here seem to go the other route and lift/level with larger tires, but mine is a 2wd street beater.

Anyone that's put the drop shackles on have pictures? Also anyone with 22's have pics and what size tires you went with?

Thanks guys.

What tire size would you all recommend for the stock 20's to fill everything out more? Not an AT tire.

you don't necessarily have to fill everything out (I had a 6 inch lift with 33's, that everyone thought looked awesome). I would say do 22s, with small tires (will sit lower all around- and no rub). but that's just me. not everyone wants a blacked out truck with the biggest tires possible. be different

My two options are to keep my stock 20's and get a little bigger street tire, or get 22's. The drop shackles go on either way.

My dad has basically my same truck except lifted with AT tires and Fuel wheels(like every other F150 around) and I don't want to look like everyone else.

I just did a slightly larger sidewall with stock 20s. 275/60 is what I have on my 2wd, but I've seen posts where people are running 275/65 with no issues with stock suspension. IMO, the smaller the sidewall, the rougher the ride. Just my $0.02 though.

have you thought about doing a 2/4 drop, and 22's? that would be a bad truck there

I would like to get 22's in the future, and i think 2/4 is the most i would go. I really like the stock sport 20's, but i'm worried they wont look good if i put a 2/4 on. That's why i'm considering just putting the rear drop shackles on and a larger tire, more street tread than AT.
