Default Ghosts in the machine!

I've ready various threads about random software glitches and I have several on my 2015. First, the driver side lumbar settings will randomly adjust which immediately switches the main screen to the seat adjustment screen. Second, my blind spot sensor will randomly shut off and show a warning its shut off on the dash. Sometimes when this happens, it sets the running boards from Auto to off - nice surprise when you step out of a lifted truck! My question is this a glitch in MFT/Sync or the BCM or ECM modules based on others experience?

Do you still have a warranty with your dealer?

Yes, still have a warranty. Was just trying to troublesoot if there was an easy fix. Taking to dealer is always a hassle. I have also tuned the ECM for 91 octane and BCM for wheel size and if they're reprogramming those I need to flash back to stock if they need to replace or reflash those modules for these problems.

Default Blind spot sensor and multi contour seat issues resolved

Follow up: my random BLISS sensor fault/shutdown, random drivers side seat lumbar settings, and random running board shut downs were all resolved with a TSB that fixes a faulty wire harness install under the driver seat. The harness was installed wrong at the factory resulting in the seat frame cutting into the harness and causing random faults like above to occur. Hard to diagnose because every truck responds differently. Harness was replaced, DTCs cleared, all back to new agan! Yes a new truck should not have these problems, but just glad the tech new of the bulletin and resolved this issue quickly.

SSM 45421 - 2015 F-150 - MS-CAN Network Concerns - Built On/Or Before 6/26/2015

Some 2015 F-150 vehicles equipped with Multi-Contoured seats may exhibit various intermittent MS-CAN network related symptoms such as Blind Spot Indicator System (BLIS), Cross Traffic Alert (CTA), Rear Park Assist (RPA) warning indicators being illuminated and/or intermittent operation of the A/C and/or Power Running Boards (PRB). Inspect the Multi-Contoured Seat Module (SCMG) wiring harness for chafes or shorts due to contact with the drivers and/or passenger seat backrest frame. Repair or replace the wiring harness as needed, following normal Wiring and Workshop Manual procedures. If needed, the wiring harness retainer clips can be relocated on the seat frame to prevent excessive wiring harness movement and chafing.

Scrappy Doo
Thanks for the feedback. I suspect something in BCM related to use of 4 pin plug. I have towed 2 other camper trailers and a large boat with the Space Shuttle, but always used 7 Pin. Never had a problem until now

Default Update and hopefully final solution

Hopefully this fixes the brain farts in my Space Shuttle (F150 Platinum). I saw this was the solution to another owners dilemma in 2015 and took documentation to dealer. Gateway Module (GWM) was replaced.
