General Grabber AT2
Anyone install the General Grabber AT2 tires on their 15 or 16 F150? I have the stock 17" wheels and will probably stay with the stock rims that I believe are 7.5" wide. I am thinking going from a 245-70-17 to a 265-70-17 tire size. Just want a little more aggressive tread and like the outlined white lettered tires as well.
The stock Michelins are good tires, however when I can afford the upgrade, I just might buy these. Your thoughts?
Thanks,
Phil

I have them currently on my 15 f150 XTR here in Alberta. Nice smooth ride, decently quiet and they don't feel too stiff in the rough stuff. Snow traction is great and ice traction is as good as i would expect it to be. Put lots of highway kms on them so far and no visible wear yet. Also nice to have to option to stud them if that is something you need ( if it is, make sure the tire shop does it upon install. My silly mistake was waiting for a week or so to try them before wanting studs for my winter commute, of course once the tires have been driven on, adding studs is not ideal.)

I really will not need studs here in Tennessee, however mother nature hit us with some snow and ice a few weeks back, so a little more aggressive tire might come in handy if we get that bad weather again!
