Default Gear change

I have a 2015 F150 and going with a 8" lift and 37's I want to change my gears to either 456 or 4.88 but I cannot find a programmer that will adjust tire size and gear ratio. Anybody know why the 2015-2016 cannot be adjusted?

Forscan can handle that for you.

From what I read you can only change to factory settings. 37" tall tires and 4.88 gears wouldn't be factory. Anybody have experience with this?

Are you referring to changing axle ratio & tire size using IDS? If so, IDS has not been able to change those parameters in the F150 starting with 2015, even to settings that were available as factory installed.

You're not going to find an OEM solution.

The tire size and axle ratio can be adjusted using FORScan or you can look at an aftermarket solution (Hypertech Speedometer Calibrator or In-Line Calibrator or an aftermarket tuning device w/custom tune)

You need to search the FORScan sticky thread.

I'm going to 35s and 4.10s as soon as the install kits come in so I've been looking for a solution as well. I've searched the huge Forscan thread and must have missed it because I'm still looking. I looked at NGuage with 5Star tunes but I don't think they're doing gear adjustments yet.
