Same... 16 XLT FX4 Crew with 5.0 & 3.55s. I tried hard to find one with 3.73s and couldn't (at least a 2016 model). I would say it was about half and half with both the 3.5 EB & 5.0 having either 3.31 or 3.55 (more 5.0s getting the 3.55).
Don't think you can get 3.73 with 3.5 EB.
Of a similar note, my 2013 5.0 with 3.73s would smoke the stock tires. My 2016 5.0 with 3.55s won't. (Yes, I tried.) Which is why I wanted 3.73 but gave up searching.
