My goal was to change the exhaust sound as minimally as possible, which I think it accomplished. To be honest, I'm afraid to add any aftermarket cat back systems because I'm not a fan of the sound they all produce.

I like it. If i was going to do a exhaust mod on the turbo 3.5, this would be it.

Did swapping the pipes cause you to throw any CEL codes? I have the Roush Power pack 1 tune, and I’m not interested in ordering a custom tune from someone else just to turn off rear O2 sensors.

I have them on my 2017 3.5EB. I did have the rear O2's disabled from the get-go on my first tune. But what I've done on my E63 AMG and Hellcat when I removed the cats I just bought O2 extender CEL eliminator, incredibly cheap. Looks exactly like the adapters you use whenever you're doing a compression check/leak down test. The worked for both cars.

I used the Vibrant performance ones on mine.

Sorry to resurrect this older thread, but could you elaborate a bit more on these Vibrant parts? What part # did you purchase? I'm looking to get either the Full Race or SPD setup and I don't want any CEL. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks....

Anything really works, you just need a spacer to take the 02 sensor out of the exhaust stream. Did this with my Audi's, BMWs, and VWs.

I have Full Race catted downpipes and the O2 spacers like pictured above eliminated my CEL. I would throw a code after about 20 min of driving every time but havent had one since i put the spacers in. A must have now that tuners won’t disable your rear aensors anymore.

Why not just invest in HPTUNERS and do it yourself... then just have the truck dyno tuned. Make sure tuner doesn’t lock the tune and you’re good to go. Plus the hp tuners is good for a lot more... you could charge others to turn their o2’s off
