Default Frozen doors Tsb done! Doors still frozen!

I had my 2015 F150 in the shop 1/6/17 for the Frozen door latch tsb (16-0155) and they installed the revised parts and blew air into the latches and lubed them up. I've been on a list for 2 months waiting for the parts. Last night everything moved smoothly when puling on the handles while opening and closing the doors. It felt like a new truck and a burden was lifted off my shoulders!

Well......This morning 6 Degrees out and I can't get into any of my doors. It took a while of playing around to get into my passenger door and to get my tailgate to open that would then not latch shut until I really slammed it shut after 6-7times. Ive tried to unlock my driver side door with the key and that won't move at all. The key was about to snap. Ive recorded all this and have opened up a ford customer care case on this problem and a wind noise about 6 weeks ago. Their has been days I can't get into my truck at all until its ran for 30-40 min with remote start. Then after I do get in I have to hold the door to drive it or bungee it to the seat belt until the latch decides to free up and work. Their has been two times I've been out and about with my 2 yr old in the back and I've had to bungee the front door somewhat shut just so we could get home. When does this become a liability for ford???

I also have a wind noise ford cannot fix and have exhausted every avenue. Been in the shop for that 3 times and have had 3 techs duplicate the sound and try to fix it. They have also contacted a ford engineer about it with no such luck.

Fords revised parts are not a fix for the frozen door latches. At least not for my truck!

Sorry for the rant but when you pay all this money and can't use your vehicle it really sucks! My son had to miss out on the Home Depot workshop this morning.

You should file a complaint with the NHTSA as this is a safety issue (can't close door to drive car).

Mine the power locks are frozen handles work but the unlock does not. Once inside doors close OK but the power locks do not. Is it possible to program the windows to roll down with the remote??? Truck is going in on 1/12 for Ford to look at this.

Just picked mine up last night after the TSB fix and I put it through a touch free car wash and parked it. Three out of four door locks frozen. I'm not even going to try to open the tailgate.

In my experience, I've found that if you can push the lock **** (on the back end of the door sill) into the locked position, the door will stay closed even if the latch refuses to work otherwise.

I didn't wash mine, so I'm not the only one who had the tsb done and it didn't fix anything.

Anyone have ford buy back their vehicle? Might be a option at this point.

This is a joke ford. This tsb has done nothing it sounds like. I would contact ford service here and take it right back to the dealer and document it to them. Ford has to hear there new fix does not work. I hope I do not have this issue when my truck gets here. This is not rocket science ford, just basic vehicle parts.

I still don't understand how Ford messed up these door latches so badly. You'd think they were new at vehicle manufacturing of something. And, it sounds like the TSB doesn't fix this problem in all cases. Pathetic!

Honestly, I'm starting to question whether or not I want to continue my ownership of this truck.
