How were these pictures taken 2007? Marty, where's my time machine?
Yes Can't find the cord for my old Kodiak 620 camera, so I have to remove the SD card and plug that into the computer. Each time that is done the battery cover is opened and it looses the date memory. I forgot to reset it.

I was just having fun with you after seeing the dates. I appreciate the pictures. Hopefully ordering mine this weekend.

So if I order the set up in the link above that is everything I need...lock pick air and camera. I'm thinking of mounting the camera on the bottom part of the emblem. Not the blue emblem itself, just the chrome underside.

Camera Source.

Can you post pics of both cameras so we can see the difference on how they mount.

I think I would rather mount the camera under a cross section of the grill than it sticking out.

I believe both cameras look the same but the sensor is turned around in the camera. It does not look like there is enough room to mount the camera under the logo. Here are some pics I took while trying to decide how to mount mine.

Here is a clear shot of the grill for those who don't have their truck yet.

If you look at Warthog photo's, it looks like enough space on an XLT grille.

So is the lockpick like a piggyback system or does it actually flash the computer? I wouldn't want to try to explain to the dealer why my computer has been flashed.

Also to those who don't think they would like all these cameras and are thinking they would be annoying. I quite frequently look at the 360 side of the screen and find myself looking at the reverse camera less often. Especially with the reverse sensing system.

It will piggyback and flash just the my touch screen head unit. The hardware is for you to add devices like cameras and monitors and it has to alter the software only in the my touch system so you have more control of your devices and of the features that are locked by Ford.

Can the front camera be mounted below the ford emblem like the factory one? I am interested in being able to see right in front of the bumper to help with parking in my garage as it is a very tight fit and I would rather not hit the wall!

When I got my 2015 Lariat I did not think I would care about this so did not order the technology package, however, we bought my wife a 2016 Explorer over the weekend and I LOVE her front camera.
