Default Front facing camera chip

I have a rock chip on my front facing camera that's causing a blurry spot right in the center of the screen... Can I get a replacement lens or will I have to get an entire new camera ? It would be nice to have some kind of lens protector ... Does this product exist ?

Thanks

Can you take the front camera out? Ebay sells the rear camera and I wonder if they are the same?

Your welcome

Maybe some paint protection film would work? Not sure of the clarity of it for camera use.

I would assume it's plug and play.

Anyone find a solution for protecting these little expensive gems? Mines chipped and trying to get it covered under my issurance along with my broken windshield.

I have a rock chip right in the middle of my rear back-up camera and the response I got from the dealership was of course that I had to purchase an entire new rear camera assembly and then have it reprogrammed. No lens cover available per the person I spoke with. Not sure of workarounds aside from attempting a small dab of epoxy to smooth it out but not sure if that would just make it cloudier and don't really want to take the risk. Thoughts/suggestions/tutorials appreciated if anyone has approached this before.
