Found mine squeaking on one side also. Will try the WD-40 from what Fox told me. Mine are aluminum not nylon so probably got old stock also. Said they changed the material 18 months ago. I wonder if I took a dremel and made some vertical relief cuts on the sides of the cap then pulled it back away from the spring slightly if that would kill the squeak. Fox said that over time the squeak should go away from use from what they found.

Fixed the squeak. Sounded like an old bed spring on driver's side. Sprayed WD-40 up under the cap to soak the uppermost coil up under the logo cap and now my truck is silent. See how long it lasts, but easy fix for now.

This is the setup on all 4 corners. Worth it.

That should fix it until the first carwash or rain storm.

How's the front install?

The entire truck is flatter through turns with less body roll. The rear shocks are night and day better than the stock shocks and a must have, as far as I'm concerned, for 15-16 F150 owners. The front is more of an investment, but I am very happy with the purchase, over a standard level kit.
