If you mean the front coilover set up when I spoke to a rep at Fox last week I was told 6-8 weeks and every single one was spoken for.

Yes, I was talking about the coil overs. Son of a biscuit!! Thanks for the heads up. I just quoted some parts for Fox the other day at work. I'm debating reaching out to see if I can get my hand on a pair. Its crazy how long they have been on back order...

Pretty soon I'm going to say F it and go w a RC level for the time being.

I want a set to combine with DJM drop control arms but it doesn't look like they'll be available for a while.

They need to step up their game. I am sure they are losing plenty of business because of this.

I will be going with the BOSS coil overs because of this. They have been back ordered since I got the truck last year, I personally am not 1 to wait 6-8 weeks for something unless its custom

The rep told me that's their biggest seller right now. They can't get them made fast enough to meet demand. Basically he told me to I'd have to just get in line...sucks but that's how it is right now.

I'm baffled at Fox's lack of production! I get the R&D aspect but this has been far too long IMO. I cant believe Mr. Fox hasn't corrected the production issues.

I was thinking about the piggyback style from Fox but the price tho...

Boss was another option I debated but I'm not sold on them.

Thats my point man, if it were my business one way or another I would find a way. They are tried and true meaning they know what works there should be no more testing at this point.

Also as far as the boss, I remember reading a post by stage 3 stating that the boss's had a softer street ride and had more capability offroad on the faster paced trails.

To be honest I wanted to fox's to match my rears I feel its cheesy having 2 different brand shocks. But I'm gonna get over my little bs excuse to myself and just order the boss. I am not waiting until march for coil overs that arent even a full custom build.

I couldn't agree more. Its complete BS IMO. I know Fox has the resources to design, test, and manufacture quality products.. Maybe there's more to the story?

I wonder if there's any vendors out there that will give me a discount on the piggy back style in the mean time??

Researching boss coil overs now, Looking at the ultimate kit.

Im a Project Manager for a manufacturing company, albeit a much different product, I can tell you that when there's a run on a particular item you just slug your way through it until you're caught up. You can't shut down all of your lines to make one thing or you'll just fall behind on something else.
I'm sure they're doing all they can to fill the backlog but if it's their best selling part right now I'm sure the orders are still rolling in. Great for the mfg...not so great for the end user. Such is life....I personally think the parts are worth waiting for. I love their 2.5 resis and 2.0 stabilizer shocks on my F250.
