I just installed Fox 2.0 coils and rear shocks. Right out of the box Front is almost an 1" higher than the rear. I'm getting rubbing noise from the sprint and the seat cover and at full lock, the front end actually has to compress to turn all the way. Obviously I don't ever completely lock the wheel when turning but I was just noticing it while in the garage and checking for clearance. Going to have to loosen the lock ring and adjust them down. Anyone have an idea on what the ratio is to ring adjustment to height?

Per fox the ratio is four full turns for 1/2 inch. However 3 1/2 full turns down still got me over 2 inches of lift from stock so take that for what it's worth.

Thanks, after 100 miles they are dead level with the rears now without adjusting.

Not t beat a dead horse but the ride is so much better with this upgrade, especially if you have heavier than stock tires. Might not be the only option or the cheapest but they do work. Hopefully the bilsteins will be good as well.

I'm really interested in these coilovers, but I'm worried about front axle angle. Does it put them at a compromising angle? What about just a leveling kit? Thanks all.

I'm looking at a used set online. The guy says they were on his truck for "a couple months".
Needless to say I don't want the noisy ones

I just had that same setup installed on my 19 f150 platinum and I absolutely hate the ride! its super bouncy, even when im just braking the whole truck rocks back and forth. I did notice that it lifted my front end 3 full inches so I will be taking it back to lower it at least 1/2 an inch. Does it ride a lot better after lowering it??

This is a revival of an old thread but let me add my experience. My 2017 Roush came stock from the Ford dealer with Fox 2.0 on all four corners. The truck is lifted in the front at 2.5”. The ride on the street is as good as any leveled F150 is likely to get. It is firm without being jarring and there is absolutely no bouncing under braking. The best example that I can offer is traveling at speed over NY pot hole ridden highways. On my previous Ram 1500 and Sierra Denali 1500, the trucks would start to hop sideways, reminding you with emphasis that the truck had a solid rear axle, light rear end, and stock shocks that had limited control of rebound at speed. The same highway [Cross Island north right after getting off the infamous LIE] and the Fox shocks worked flawlessly; no hop and staying in the narrow lane was no issue.

Your installer adjusted them when they should have let them be from the factory. Yes when preload is removed there will be a night and day difference.
