Can't speak for the truck in the pic...I read somewhere that if you have the 5.0 you get ~2" of lift... 2.7 gets a little more from less weight

My stock 2.0s feel great, especially after lowering them 4 turns so they don't bottom out on potholes. I have the 3.5L Eco.

Also, I believe the true weight difference between the 14s and newer models is only a few hundred pounds at best. Ford marketing department had hinted at ~700lbs, but I've see more than a few reviews saying that was not true in side by side measurements.

With the adjustment it is riding pretty well now. Pretty close to stock on smooth roads, better over imperfections. Haven't gotten far offroad yet. May take it down another 1/2 inch to see the ride at that level.

What do you think - would I have to re-align if I drop it another 1/2 inch? May try the adjustment myself this time.

I have a 5.0 and I got 2.25" up front. I was also going to lower them to get rid of the top out (not bottom out) over potholes and speed bumps. Lowering them gives more up travel. Out of the box you only get about an inch of up travel causing a bang when going over anything that allows the wheels to drop.

With the Fox 2.0's has anyone experienced any unusual noises, creaking or popping noises at any speeds or turning?

Got mine in the mail the other day and excited to see how this turns out. Planning on riding with this set up for a few years before possibly going to a taller lift.

Because they utilize the same range of motion as the stock suspension they sit very close to being topped out, going over speed bumps or any kind of drop off you will hear a bang when the shocks top out. Only noise I've heard.

Any time you change out suspension parts you can expect new noises. If you don't wheel the truck than it may not notice much though, at least not for a while.

Seeing if anybody received their coil-overs with springs bowed in the middle like mine are.
