"Bambi mode" was the name given to the option of running your foglights With your highbeams. It was coined Bambi mode by one of the first members to activate it as a reference to being able to see deer easier on a dark road

Can it work? Yes. Do I have the patience to figure out what the Kenwood install guy did here? No.

Giving up on Sync 3 in the 2014 XL. Gonna go with the Sony XAVAX100 instead. Less work.

I'll stick to upgrading 13 Gen's. If anyone asks me about this my answer is simple. PM Lrrr.

Can one of you guru's check me on something? Sync 2 to Sync 3 upgrade.

The hardware end is taken care of, got the right parts.

On the programming end, I just want to be sure I have it right.

Connect to the new APIM once installed, and plug in the values from the 'donor' VIN. In the attachment, my 2015 APIM values are in blue and a 2016 F150 with the same equipment is in purple.

Am I missing something? Seems too easy....
