Is there a code to turn off the key in ignition chime when the door is open?

Not sure about the key in the ignition but this will stop the chimes when the door is open:

Disables three "doo-doo-doo" start-up chimes from cluster: IPC 720-01-02 xxxx x2xx

 

Here's what I used. It's for when the ignition is off and door open. Be careful, it makes it easy to leave the keys in the ignition and not realize it.
Key in Ignition chime disabled
720-02-01 XX4X XXXX XXXX

 

Thank you, I'll give that a try. If I lock the keys in I can just use keypad on door to get back in.

 

I left the keys in the truck a couple of times unintentionally and took a while to figure out where they were.

Hi @labmaster02 I thought you may know this one – how to disable the rapid beeping when putting the truck in gear with the door open?

Would that fall under 720-01-02 xx*x xxxx Door Ajar Warning Chime: 0=disabled, 1=enabled ?

I do not think 720-02-01 xx*x xxxx Key In Ignition Warning Chime (KIWC), DRL Control Function (DRL), Lane Assist (LA) would address this one.
