No idea what Form Runner is. Is it an applink app?

When I had problems with some applink apps, I needed to do a master reset on the SYNC system. After that everything worked again.

I haven't used the Forum Runner app, but its playstore ratings are not great. What problems are you having with it? "App Fails" covers an awful lot of ground...

This is the wrong place to seek help with any kind software that isn't forscan or sync.

Yep I would email the developer. I don't use any of these apps for forums I just use chrome browser.
