Fordpass issue

Default Fordpass issue

Have an annoying problem going on for a week or so now. When I turn the app on to start the truck it shows the truck supposedly running from the day before so you have to go through trying to shut the truck off before you can start it.

Any ideas?

I have found the best way to correct issues with fordpass are to log out and then log back im, maybe give that a try

I also had a pretty big update on FordPass yesterday, wonder if that may help. I'm on Android.

Mine shows it last updated on Feb 24 2022. No idea if that is the latest.

version 4.12 is the latest version, came out yesterday. Version shows under account then settings. Many times turning your phone off then back on fixes things. It also mentions in what was fixed with latest version that FordPass will no longer support older versions of the program, doesn’t say it won’t work, just no support.

Thank you for the replies. Mine was at 4.10 and I just updated it to 4.12. We will see tonight if that solved the issue. Ford Motor Co., thank you for the offer, will do if the update didn't fix the issue.

If I close the app while it is still showing the truck was started and is running (e.g., 12 minutes until shutoff), the next time I open the app, it aways shows that same message for about 4-5 seconds (as it reaches out to the interwebz). Then it goes away and I can start the truck without issue.
