I just purchased a 2018 f150 sport model. It apparently does not have the modem for fordpass . Is there any way to upgrade the truck to use fordpass ?thanks

I’m wanting to know if I can install what I need myself or get it done by anyone .

 

According to BoostedGrayGoose (whom also sells the install harness/instructions) you will also require the correct TCU module, shark fin antenna (not sure if the SiriusXM antenna is the same) and a few other parts to include FORScan changes. I am sure there are few on here that have done this MOD on a few different trim level/optioned trucks.
