bluetooth will not clear
2016 xlt 2.7l crew 4x4, sync 3, 147,000 miles, i am the only owner.
After 147K, the bluetooth will not connect unless I delete and plug in. This is about two weeks old, I have done several factory resets, pulled battery wire overnight, pulled fuses over night. No luck. I have tried to use a USB drive to update sync version, however, it will not take, followed instructions, formatted, downloaded, extracted 6 times, the update never started. It also just spins when trying to update via WIFI.
Anyone else have issues with not being able to delete devices?
To get it to work, I have to delete the old devices, then plug the usb in, after android auto loads it finds the phone. which is the same phone, sync will not connect to the old name.
Coincidence or not, service shop installed new battery about one week before this issue started.
