Is Ford still purging 2019's - Any deals?
I am looking at 2019's and am not really finding any deals or incentives. The best I have been offered is $39,700 on a 47,300 MSRP for an XLT.
Along with that is the zero percent financing worth it and can it actually be obtained (I have a high credit score and was "pre-approved")
Is Ford offering any PCO's

OP:
You seem to have some misunderstandings of how discounts work, and how to obtain the best pricing. I saw in another thread that you asked for a spreadsheet of discounts.
Ford dealers stock inventory based on what they think will sell in their area, and of course what Ford wants them to stock.
Ford offers incentives to move inventory, when necessary. These incentives are regional, so you may find that a particular model has an incentive in say NJ but not in Texas.
XLTs are the highest discounted model in Ford's offering.
Zero percent financing is almost never a good deal. Compare the rebates offered with zero percent to the rebates offered if you take Ford's full rate financing. Usually the full rate financing offers a higher rebate, and it's a better deal to take that rate, and the full rebate, then refinance days later with PenFed or pay off the loan.
When one doesn't understand things like finding the invoice of a truck, understanding all rebates, and calculating holdback, I strongly recommend Ford's X-Plan. If you don't qualify elsewhere, simply join the Experiment Aircraft Association and get the benefit. That price, minus all applicable rebates, is a very good deal. Anyone with X-Plan can lookup the X-Plan price for any vehicle at any dealer, it's quite easy.
A dealer can print out a Smart Vincent report on any truck which will show the X-Plan price, invoice, plus find any PCOs that are issued under your name. If you're not registered to receive Ford's emails or brochures, you likely won't have any PCOs.
Jones Ford has several 2019 XLTs for sale.
The VIN ending in D34929 has an MSRP of $38,920. It has an X-Plan price of $36,669 before rebates. 300A package.
The VIN ending in E38805 has an MSRP of $53,715. It has an X-Plan price of $50,274 before rebates. 302A package.
Lastly, the VIN ending in E65514 has an MSRP of $54,110. It has an X-Plan price of $50,632 before rebates. 392A package.
Hope this helps.

I am looking for a specific color (Magma Red) in 4x4 with a trailer hitch. Is there a way to search all ford dealers to find that configuration and will dealers transfer a 2019 between them. Otherwise, I am willing to travel to get a deal and pick it up.

In using the Ford site, you will find that Magma Red is not a color you can search on, likely because it was discontinued early in the model year. A dealer could search for it though.
Have you asked a dealer to look for you?

My truck had a lot of rebates. $51,300 sticker. Invoiced at $48k X-Plan. Additional $6500 off after that. Before tax, title, license, extended warranty, etc it was $41,500.

Akins Ford (outside of Atlanta) has 3 2019 XLTs in Magma Red left. All are $17K off sticker.
I’ve purchased from them and they are a high volume dealer. The price on the internet is the price you will pay. Just add your fees.

As others have said, it's all about what's out there and what incentives are available at the time. There are really two pieces to the puzzle - Ford rebates and dealer discounts. We bought our 2019 on December 2 getting $13k off of a $53k truck. About half of that was dealer discount and the other half was Ford incentives. We qualify for A-plan (Ford's employee program) which is usually the best deal you can find. In this case, our purchase actually beat the A-plan price by $250. I'd recommend you got find a dealer you like to work with, tell them exactly what you are looking for, and have them do the legwork to see what they can find.

Dealers around here still have 18's on the lot they can't move because they won't discount them deeply.

My truck was built in September 2019 which surprised me as that's about when 2020s start showing up on dealer's lots. When I took the test drive, it had 5 miles on it. When I was done with the test drive, it had about 19 miles on it. Didn't realize I drove it that much. Perhaps that's why I got such a good deal, it being in direct competition with the 2020s. Makes me wonder if it was an order and someone backed out of the order.
I love it. Truck is strange though compared to a Normally Aspirated engine. Tons of torque but in lower gears, it needs some rpms but higher gears, it'll throw you in the seat without really increasing RPMs. Very powerful but in a weird way. Love all the features and options this truck has since my '16 XLT 5.0L w/3.73 Locker was only a 301a package and no other real options besides what comes in the Max Tow package (bought each option separately) and side steps. The kicker is that I only got about half the discounts on the '16 since I bought in April '16. That be said, I really only paid $1000 more for the 2019 than the 2016.
Enjoy your truck. You should post a pic of it.
The F150's I've had. Got rid of the big Jayco Travel Trailer and went to a much smaller, big pop up. I missed the pop up but still wanted the amenities.
