Well crap. This thing works perfectly when on ACC power. Turn the engine on and it shuts off instantly. I can shake all the connections and it doesn't shut off or even flicker with the engine off.

I think you might need to enable Bambi mode. It's a fog light power thing I think.

bambi mode already on, all it does is keep them on when you turn on the high beams.

So, not sure if it works any differently on the 13th gen, but on the 12th, we get no power to the fogs unless your key is on, not accessory, all i'm thinking here is that it's partially related. Do you get power to them once the engine is on when you turn on parking lights?

I'm probably using wrong terminology. Power on without engine running, no key. Front fogs definitely on as they power the rear. I'm using the front fogs as power for the switched 12v side of the latched relay.

Something is wrong with the switch or relay. Eliminated them and works engine on or off. Front fog on = rear fog on.

Apparently the relay does not like the pwm or pcm signal to the fog lights.
