Default foam padding, adhesive, or both?

Im upgrading the audio and found this inside RR door:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FZH2R...ature=youtu.be

The RF door skin barely moves wrt the stiffener and there are no visible separation of the foam in front. The foam sticking out is still resilient when pushed with a finger.

Should I find and add some to the rear door (after swabbing metal with acetone)?
I found all kinds of "seam sealer" and "adhesive" and "seam adhesive" in searching a tube of product to add.
Anybody know what product to use, available either locally or online?

Default did some research

Searched terms: NVH foam, automotive foam
Found some youtube videos with all the info I need.
Searched for the product itself: Not willing to purchase the 3M or equivalent 2-part caulk tubes for over $50 for just a small needed amount. I do already have a dual-tube caulk gun used for concrete seam sealer.
(I am adding NOICO sound deadener to the skin)

I could use standard expanding foam but it cures much stiffer than the 3M stuff and im afraid it might cause more noise.
If anything, I could dribble some Goop (E5000) or Gorilla glue down in there a few places. But not sure it will adhere permanently.I will ruminate over it.

Since the doors get a lot of rain water into them I'd want to be very sure whatever material is used it can't absorb moisture.....

Yep. I put a few drops of gorilla glue on either side and in the cracked part of one of the foam blobs as a test. It adhered the door skin to the stiffener.

I found this on the FAQ for gorilla glue:
"Q. Is it truly 100% waterproof?
A. Yes. Gorilla Glue is 100% waterproof. It passes ANSI/HPVA HP-1-2000 Types 1 and 2, easily." But the ANSI spec only deals with gluing woods. Gorilla glue is a polyurethane product which I dont think will absorb water after cure (it does require moisture to cure). At any rate, I dont plan to use much.

I also find this:
https://chemicalwiki.com/best-glue-f...guide/#Amazing
-Recommends Automotive Goop or two part epoxy (JB Weld). I think epoxy is too rigid. Goop I am familiar with and it is slightly compliant but I think it hardens more over time.

However, I need expansion since there is a small gap. Gorilla Glue does expand some. I will add a few drops at 6 or 7 places and call it a day.
