Not only did it correct the tank MPG but lifetime is dead on now as well.

I just went through the menu three times on my 2018 Platinum and I am not seeing the AFE Bias adjustment listed. It was there on my 2106 Lariat. A great deal of the items have no OK listed so no adjustment is possible for those items. Don't recall if that was the case for the Lariat as I wasn't looking that closely.
Anyone else with a 2018 noticing the same?
I will go through it a fourth time to make sure that I am not blind.

Can you guys tell me your routine for getting your hand figured gas mileage. I get the math part, but how are you doing your measurements? do you go until empty then fill up? do you mark a spot on the fuel gauge then fill up?
sorry I feel dumb asking. I just can't imagine how to get an accurate measurement
Thanks

The most accurate way to determine the amount of fuel you use is to fill it until it clicks off..... every time. No chance of guesstimating something in between empty and full.

I don't have specific point of when I fill up, but it is usually in the neighborhood of half a tank.
The only semi-accurate way to do it is record what your hand calculated mileage is over 3 to 4 fill ups. Also record what truck says for each of those fill ups. Take each of those values and add them together.
Say hand calculated says 15.5 mpg, 15.0 mpg, 15.2 mpg and 15.8 mpg. That would total 62. Then say the truck is 17.5, 17, 17.2 and 17.8. That would equal 70.
Divide the hand calculated by the what the truck says. 62 / 70 = .89 Multiply .89 x 1000 = 890
890 is the number you are going to plug in.
Hopefully that is what you were looking for.

I actually stick the miles, gallons, and price in fuelly and let it do everything.

Adding to what has been said above - being a creature of habit I get gas at the same gas station every time - for the past 25 years....getting gas at the same station while calculating your mileage will help perhaps. I am also in the same position at the same pump every time. Overkill I know.....
fill until it clicks with the nozzle set at the same notch each time. I’ve been in the habit of recording my mileage at every fill up for a very long time. I use fuelly to track my mileage. The more fill ups you calculate the more accurate your average will be. Doing it once or twice really isn’t enough to be accurate.
