Hangs 6 inches over sidewalk. Garage belongs to my Corvette. Could fit both, but have too many tools.
Pic is deceiving.

Do you take any abuse form a Property Owners Assoc. or local ordinance stuff with it hanging over the sidewalk like that?

Wow... very nice. I could eat off that floor!!! I have been thinking I want to epoxy coat mine to brighten things up.

I faced the same space problem as you Ford gate..... so I purchased a RCSB. I now have 6" in the front and 6" in the back to spare, truck is faster/lighter, truck was cheaper.... worked out okay

You don't need to buy a house with a big garage just enough land and a budget. 80 x 40 is nice.

So far Im suffering with my 24 x 32 Garage. Haven't built a shop at the new house yet. Looked at house with a similar garage + a detached 6 Car but didn't like the house as well. Oh well I'll get around to the shop someday.

My 2 4 ton ac units are behind the garage, it's 20' deep. How big of a deal is it to move them another 10' or so into the backyard?

New pad, extend electrical and Hi/Lo lines. Would it be worth it? You'll have to call a local contractor for cost.

I'll be moving into a new house within the next month or so, and while there getting measurements this weekend, I decided to see if the truck would fit in the garage. Annoyingly, the answer is no. The truck is 4" too long. I suspect i'll be finding a way to make it fit in there.

There are so many pick ups in this town that it's a common occurrence.

With just 4" to go if the garage is finished removing the drywall and a few 2x4 studs (and re-framing if structurally it needs it) will get you your 4". I also removed the handle from my garage door. In addition, this door is a full 2" narrower than my original wood doors which were replaced 2 years ago. Good luck I do NOT like leaving my vehicles out in the open!

Yeah, I was thinking of notching out part of the wall around where the rear bumper would be. Sort of like a built in shelf of sorts, only not using it as a shelf.

The house has a 3 car garage, but we have 4 vehicles between the two of us. I'd much rather leave my old Jeep outside rather than the truck, but oh well. I'll just be happy to have enough space and parking that I don't have to play musical cars every morning to get my DD out of the garage!
