First Time Level and 33" Tires
Thought I read on another thread someone having this issue with a RC 2.5" level. From what I remember is they might have had the rear blocks in backwards. I believe the blocks have a slight taper to them and maybe the taper is facing to the back of the truck instead of the front causing drive line vibration?
It might be something to check into. Is it only at a certain speed or range of speeds then goes away?

It's not a sound, just an unusual vibration. It's weird because the gas pedal is digital, so I don't know how it could be transferring vibrations.
Oh well, I guess this is the stuff you put up with when modifying vehicles.
...I need to go meditate or something before my ocd kicks in

I have leveled as you and added 33" Michelins. The toe in was affected very little and the camber was fine. If you tires have a very aggressive tread or there is a tire issue, it may cause a problem.
