Sport Mode, your lights look like the inside edges are painted black, did they come like that or did you have them done?

Those are the oem headlights from the special edition f150, ordered them from white bear autonation ford.

Easy swap, remove the mirror then 4 torx screws then 4 clips.

That's the simplified version but a quick Google search and there's a few videos.
