Default Finally a million points

I finally got my million points on my Ford Pass account to show up. Had to to stay on the phone for over an hour to get all of my vehicles to transfer into my account with the Ford Pass representative. He said I had the most he has ever seen. I can now convert them over later this summer to $5000 off a new Expedition. I had 3 million lifetime but I guess I burned off 2 million in the old system equivalent. This process has been going on since April trying to get this straight. Maybe Ford has finally figured it out. For everything to transfer, the name, address, and email must all match perfectly if you have multiple vehicles in the Ford system. They can't be close, have to be exact same and they use all three fields of data. Then your Ford Pass account must exactly match the Dealer entries for everything to work.

That whole thing sounds like a giant scam.

Thanks Rick. I have 7000 points. I've only done two basic oil changes, no other service aside from the carpet shielding re-do at the time of the second oil change. They never charged me for either oil change. Wow. A million points. That's a lot of cars and service. Good for you! Hopefully you can combine other incentives because that Expedition is not cheap!

@Silver Fiend if you want to get real meta, life is a giant scam.
