Funny I'm taking my 15 into carmax to see if they'll get me out of it. I've had it 10 months, 45 days or so in the shop, wind noise at door with the rattle, moon roof rattle, headliner rattle, 4A rotational grinding noise, seat leather loose, seat coolers still don't work after the Tsb. Ford customer service hasn't followed through on anything, been waiting a month for my extended warranty contract that I was promised at day 30 in the shop. I'm done with it, didn't pay to be a beta tester then get left in the wind with ford.

I'm planning on going back to the old F150' found a nice low mile loaded 2014 Fx4. Sad really I had such high hopes, owned nothing but fords for the last 15 years, father retired from ford. I looked at the GM offerings, the vibration issues have me worried. Toyota way to expensive for what you get, dodge meh. The f150 is at a Nissan dealer, maybe I'll look at the Titan while I'm there.

I rented a Ford Focus for a trip and it was more quiet then my truck, but according to ford the loud cabin is a feature.

It's a shame you had to go that route to get your issues resolved. Nissan has definately made some progress but it's not the best selling vehicle for 35 years and if you ever attempt to ditch that Nissan in a year you won't get the return the Ford gave you.

I agree though Ford needs to step up quality control. I don't care the percentage of vehicles they make with problems. Door misalignments need to be corrected at the factory, they have the best technology available to them right now in manufacturing plus this is thier flagship vehicle, they need to work better not faster.

I am glad though you are pleased for now, come back and let us know down the road a little more how things are with your new truck!

I am in the same boat. My washer pump never worked and I was told that it was the customer's fault for using "cheap washer fluid." Lol. I have fought with the dealer and Ford customer service who both have treated me like crap. Several other issues have came up--auto lights won't work and service Advancetrec but after fighting so much over the stupid washer pump, I am done. I am not going to even waste my time in trying to get the other issues fixed.

I'm amazed by the fact that you didn't lose any money on the deal! Let's hope you won't end up on some Titan forum voicing your concerns about that. Every brand of auto maker has issues with some of their vehicles, I for one have had none.

Some of my concerns it was clearly pointed other vehicles on the lot had the same issues. And in fords eyes it's okay. I haven't needed to really voice my concerns with other vehicles. Just this one.
