When configuring the Lariat, was the larger fuel tank an add on option? Doesn't seem to appear on the Canadian website...
thx!

Yea, I believe the default is 21 or 23 gal. the extended range tank is 36 gal and was $195 option.

I think for us Canadians the bigger tank gets added by default with one of the packages. There are a lot of differences between the Canadian and US builds. Not the available option, but the bundles and how they are available to us.

Think you must be correct, was just looking at the online window stickers for the Lariat's at a local dealer, and looks like the have the larger fuel tank listed with no specific charge next to it..

I think the bigger tank should be default regardless of where you live.

My 07 has I believe is a 26 gallon tank which for me is perfect. That gets me about 4-5 hrs between gas stops and the older I get that's about as long as my kidneys can go before they need to be emptied

I'm not a doctor, but if you're emptying your kidneys you should probably see a doctor.
