Default Few problems

Hello everybody, i'm new here but had my Ruby red 2015 XLT super crew with 3.5 NA engine for about a year. My problems began when I picked up the truck, engine light came on so next day already service. It was an oxygen sensor. Then some sort of grinding noise started in the front but went away after warm up or when engaging 4WD. after about 11 months they fixed that only for it to reappear again today. Now when starting slowly in the morning I also get a loud slam from the transmission when cold. Also my gauge cluster went full retard on me (replaced by dealer) now my windshield wipers turn on by themselves, and my heater in the middle setting in between hot and cold blows scalding hot air out if you move it a bit lower than it's ice cold. Oh and I have the front frown bumper also offset to the side which they can't fix. I'm really trying to like the truck but it's not really fun running back to the stealership every other week.

Just curious. Did you buy it brand new? (i.e. full warranty?)

And are you dealing with a true Ford dealership or, if used, is this another branded or independent dealer?

(To cut to the chase, no matter what the problem, the rule on this stuff is always "the squeaky wheel gets the oil!" A tactic I've had to employ more than once in my life with cars/dealers)

Jesus that is a lot of issues... I would take it back to them and not receive it till
ALL problems were fixed, and no... eh I guess that works... kind of situations. Make Ford take care of it, and if they have it longer than 30 days cumulative file lemon law and get you a new one. That's entirely too much stuff to be going on that early.

Unfortunately no lemon law in Canada. I have already contacted FORD and they have started a case.

...and remember...not all Ford dealerships are equal. You may want to find another one.
