I'd leave it as is....unless you add some low offset wheels that will poke out more than the stock wheels.

I have a set at the body shop now being painted black so I don’t have to worry about sun fading.

Why not just get the OE pre-painted flares?

I don’t like the OE pre-painted flares. I like the look of the black ones.

No I get you, the bushwhackers you linked are a good bit beefier than OE.

Was curious about the guy I quoted since the one’s he’s having painted look just like the OE flares.

The ones he’s getting painted are much cheaper, but how much to paint them. Plus could I leave them the way they are. He was concerned about sun fading. I use 303 on ll my black stuff it brings it back to new looking.

You can find black, 2018 - 2019 F-150 OEM FACTORY PAINTED SHADOW BLACK FENDER FLARES
I went with black on my 2017 Bluejeans, turned out the Ebay dealer I ordered from was a local (50 miles) Ford dealer.

I’m having them painted black with satin clear to “match” the bed rails and door pillars. I didn’t want a gloss black finish like the OE ones. Also, I didn’t want to drill 20+ holes in my fenders since my truck didn’t come with flares. These mount with tape on top and fasteners in the wheel wells. I figured these cheap ones with the finish I want and easier install would workout better than OE.

Yeah that makes sense the gloss would look off.
