It can affect them all but the majority of the problems seem to be on the Supercrew

Our passenger door had a modest misalignment issue. Bothered the wife, but not me ... door made a slight popping noise when closing in hot weather. Her argument was "$65K truck shouldn't have these issues," so off the truck went to dealer and they fixed the alignment with two hours of work while the wifey waited in lobby.

This is our 4th Ford F-150 and generally no issues to very minor stuff. Sounds like you just have bad luck on the door and not having local options that are competent in fixing. I had a Dodge Ram; decent enough truck with no major issues, but I hope door gets fixed.

I wonder if that's due to the amount of SuperCrew's that are sold compared to other body styles. I see far more SuperCrew F150's than anything else in my area.

Default Door misalignment

Based on dealer's performance on fixing this misalignments, I'm not sure if I have to get them fix or not. It's not rattling or no noise any ways.

Update: My buddy that owns the body shop fixed it! Now the only wind noise I hear is when going against the wind. The door is still sagging a smidgen but it's soooo much better and quieter.

New pics. Let us know what adjustment he made, so others can fix theirs if needed. Thanks.

He said the striker was pushed in too far so he brought it back out and he just gave it a simple adjustment. The only noise I hear now is from the big *** mirrors lol.

Those strike bolts are stripped from the body shop the dealership sent it too. They also tried to remove the inner door panel for some reason.

You gotta be ****ting me a body shop strips a Torx headed bolt and they just leave it that was screw that get them to change those or give them to you and change them yourself they should be embarrassed to even do that . I wouldn't bring a powerwheels to that body shop..ok rant over I take pride in everything I do i don't do it half *** and for a so called professional body shop to do that and for a dealer to use a dealer that holds them self to that sub par standards is a joke.
