Ok I see what your saying now... I just check the flares as I have them still in the box wrapped up - I had previously unwrapped a rear one but not the front. On the front I have all of the clips EXCEPT the very front two on each side.

Yah I broke the white one after the 4th time of taking it out, haven't called on it yet so I don't know if it is sold separately.

It appears that you can indeed buy the white clips (for 2.20 a piece)... just found this on fordparts.com

Good thread and glad there's been success with just using the 3M tape. Looking to order a set as mine didn't come with them but almost I've seen don't have hardware included.

Firerunner: thanks for the diagram!

Could you provide the HB1 callout details (the bolt for underside fender flare mount)

I need ~0.25 inch longer bolt with my splash guards and need to confirm the metric / size (I don't trust my micrometer skills -- and I do not have metric tap/dye to confirm)

I installed mine back around April '17 using the 3M tape and pushpins from Advamce Auto. Fit is great and they're still on without an issue.

I have installed factory flares on my 09. I put them on in 2010. I only used 2 sided tape. High quality tape. They are still on there after nearly 8 years. harsh winters and hundreds of car washes of every kind. No problems they look as good as the day I put them on

W790383-S900 - yellow clip
W790215-S900 - blue clips*
W717736-S300 - white clips

* The OEM clips on my flare were white, but these look the exact same.

Thank you! Do you know how many of each I need? Figure I can look up some pics, but if y’all already know that’d be helpful.
