I bought new tail lights for my 2013 F150.

When I installed them the gold resister got so hot you couldn't touch it.

Then the light quit.

I have a problem with a company who doesn't list a phone number I can call for help!

I sent them an email a week ago and still didn't get an answer.

On their web page it said they are really busy and it will take time to answer emails.

Well that sucks when you have a problem!

You can be sure I will never buy from them again if this is the way they do things!

I ordered license plate lights from f150leds.com and was very disappointed. The color was off and was very dull (very poor quality). I tried Diode Dynamics and it's a perfect match with all the other LEDs on my truck.

 

Anybody use the diode dynamics for their headlights?
