F150 Sync firmware
Its not firmware, its software. You have to manually update the firmware using Forscan, UCDS or IDS. You can go backward to version 3.3 and have the original look back. You would, of course, have to turn off automatic updates and you will be frozen in time.

Here are the downgrade files.

Put them on a USB drive in the same file structure they are downloaded:
1. Root directory called SyncMyRide that will have 2 files, the apps file 4U5T-14G381-AN.TAR.GZ and voice file 4U5T-14G391-CJ.TAR.GZ
2. 1 file called autoinstall.lst that goes in the root directory.
If you have file extensions hidden, you will need to enable them or else the .lst file and the TAR.GZ files will not show the full extension.
It will take about 10-15 minutes to install and when finished, it will prompt you to remove the usb and reboot the system. This will then put you back on 3.3 version 19052
