I’ve cleaned the throttle body, map sensor, all 4 vvts, air temp sensor, pcv valve and lines, still have weird shutter when in park. Had it die on me 3 times today, no warning or check engine lights.

Default Purge Valve

If this started happening after fill up suspect the purge valve.

I thought there would be time for me to order one but it failed shortly after first seen. At first the symptoms were stumbling at idle after fill up. Total failure was like intermittent fuel pump cut out.

Engine stumbles When sitting at idle and will die when in drive, if I leave it in park at idle it doesn’t die but engine still stumbles.

I had an old Astro van that would do the same. Turned out to be the fuel filter. Replaced it and all was good. I don't think these trucks have an external filter though, I think its just the in-tank filter which is for the life of the troca. Hmmmmmmm.

I had these problems, too. I ended up replacing the cam phasers and timing chains. You could check the cam shaft position sensors.
