doors are not closing properly, I took it back to dealership and they said there is not much they can do about it... today my fob keys both of them failed i cant lock or unlock my truck i have to use my phone or key pad, they place the order for new keys. Also start and stop engine option has piece of mind on his own... does anyone has this same problems?

There are some TSBs that address doors not opening/closing. Go back to your dealer and talk to the service manager/director and express your concerns. Sounds like the service dept at that dealer are super lazy and incompetent.

If your doors don't close properly it's the dealers responsibility to fix them.

If they've ordered new fobs the new ones will most likely fix your remote start issue.

If the dealer is that incompetent try going to a different one.

Maybe me but I hear noise coming from just above my shoulder where the windows bends down near the seatbelt. Its in the -20 degree range hear so I am not sure if its related have to wait for it to get warmer. Yest when I went to remote start none of the electrical inside nor the headlights came on and it through the wrench. After 2 starts it went away. I went into the DTCs nothing abnormal.

Quote: stop start has mind of its own. -20 degrees here Unquote:
Not got that cold here, but engine not warmed up yet, or low outside temp, 9 degrees F, my truck will have post sign on dash, start/stop inactive due to low temp.

I took my 2018 xlt 3.5 screw in because one of the truck bed LEDs was out. In the write up on the service report said there was a broken wire 10 inches up inside the harness. I don’t know if that’s true or not because maybe they’re just trying to get paid from FOMOCO. Tonight the wrench symbol popped up on the screen and then I got a text message from FordPass and it says there’s something wrong with the four-wheel-drive system and to take it in for service. I pulled over shut it off and it reset. I have 132 miles on it. can you pull codes from the HMI screen?
